Useless T-Shirt Fact

Largest Shirt EVER

According to the Guinness World Records, the largest shirt ever produced measured 45.4m (148.9 ft) long, with a chest measurement of 49.6 m (162.7 ft) and sleeves measuring 9 m x 15 m (26.2 ft x 49.2 ft).

The shirt was manufactured for Procter & Gamble Romania, makers of Tide detergent, and measured in Bucharest, Romania, on September 27, 2001. Manufactured from a white synthetic cloth resembling silk, the shirt weighed 370 kg (816 lb) with buttons weighing 6 kg (13.2 lb). Enough fabric was used to manufacture 2,000 regular-sized shirts. A person big enough to wear this shirt would need to be 110 m (360 ft) tall!
